There’s an endless list of unique places to get married in New Orleans. But, the French Quarter Wedding Chapel, brings something a little different - the feel of a courthouse wedding, but the quirkiness of your wacky Aunt’s house.
This New Orleans Wedding Chapel is one of its kind in the French Quarter and operates 24 hours. With wedding packages starting at just $350, it is a great option for couples looking to stay on a budget, and get married in one of the most romantic cities in the South.
Madison and Anthony wanted a simple, romantic wedding day with their closest friends and family. They got ready, gathered and hosted their loved ones at a charming, colorful New Orleans home.

After an afternoon of food and drinks, it was time to take the streetcar down to the French Quarter Wedding Chapel. Wedding planner, Louann, greeted and welcomed us into the chapel with open arms, ushering us inside to grab our seats before the ceremony began.
The charm of this chapel is hidden inside - ornate chandeliers, vintage gold frames, wacky knick-knacks, painted murals and a ceiling full of signed dollar bills of married couples past. There are wooden pews lining each side of the aisle, allowing up to 50 guests total making it an intimate space. You can also choose to be married by one of their “specialty” reverends like Elvis, Vampire, Wicca or Voodoo.
After the ceremony, Madison and Anthony and all of their guests walked through the French Quarter to New Orleans’ famous restaurant Arnaud’s. A convenient, couple blocks away from the chapel.
